Self-Sabotage – Are you doing it?

What is self-sabotage?
 
If, you get close to your goals, or even achieve them, and then undo them.
 
Or, perhaps, you suddenly lose motivation, interest, or action.
 
Or take other action that isn’t helpful. Despite it being an important goal, or change, for you.
 
It might be that you are self-sabotaging, or shooting yourself in the foot, as the saying goes.
 
Here are 12 signs that Self-Sabotage could be getting in the way of achieving your goals.
 
Once you are aware of them, it makes it easier to work through them. Stopping them from getting in in your way.
